Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school


• Active license to practice law in Florida, in good standing with the Florida Bar


• Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience in immigration law (removal defense, family based petitions, asylum, or humanitarian relief preferred)


• Working knowledge of USCIS, EOIR, and immigration court procedures


• Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese)


• Strong client communication skills, with experience serving diverse, often first generation immigrant communities


• Ability to manage a high volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and client care


• Comfortable working in a fast paced, small firm environment with direct client contact from day one
