Responsibilities

• Assist with automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property matters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
• Review medical records, claim files, discovery, and other case materials
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other members of the legal team

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or early-career attorney looking to develop strong litigation skills while working closely with an experienced shareholder handling a diverse caseload that includesgeneral negligence, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property claims.

• Entry-level attorneys and recent law school graduates who are members of the Florida Bar are encouraged to apply

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist with automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, and first-party property matters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy

• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other members of the legal team
• Work closely with an experienced shareholder and receive ongoing mentorship and litigation training
