Job summary

Kubicki Draper seeks an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, with premises liability experience strongly preferred.

Construction experience is a plus but not required. We value strong litigation skills, legal research, writing, and the ability to independently manage cases and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
• 5+ years of associate attorney experience preferred.
• Experience handling personal injury matters expected.
• Premises liability experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases and related litigation.
• Manage deadlines and case progress independently.
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team to develop case strategy and trial preparation.
