Job summary

Kubicki Draper seeks an experienced Senior Attorney with 8+ years of litigation to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate handles First-Party Property and Premises Liability matters and manages cases from inception through resolution.

The successful candidate will possess strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, be well-organized, and maintain compliance with the Florida Bar. This role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities for growth in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas.
• Experience handling First-Party Property and/or Premises Liability matters strongly preferred.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Maintain organization and strict adherence to deadlines.

• Experience handling First-Party Property and/or Premises Liability matters strongly preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and meet deadlines
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
