Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily site operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, site logistics, and project activities.
• Support project schedules by tracking progress, milestones, and updates to the team.
• Conduct site walks and quality checks to document project activity.
• Help enforce job site safety standards and company safety policies.
• Participate in project meetings and develop skills to manage projects independently.
