Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Limited Experience Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Winona, MN. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components from blueprints and work instructions, perform quality inspections, and help maintain safety and efficiency on the production line.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical/electrical assembly skills, are dependable, able to read drawings, and willing to learn new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical assembly using hand/power tools.
• Basic electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
