Job summary

Aprilaire in Minneapolis is seeking reliable team members to assemble and inspect mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will follow electronic documentation (JOLs, prints, packing lists) and work across multiple stations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will handle sanding, cutting, drilling, painting and use hand-tools or fixtures as required, while contributing to daily cycle counts and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Prior work experience a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge such as ability to operate a computer, tablet, and any other form of electronic software.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product from drawings and JOLs and inspect units.
• Use hand or power tools and fixtures to assemble product.
• Prepare parts by sanding, cutting, drilling, painting.
• Work at different workstations on the line.
• Perform daily cycle count.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain orderly work area.
