Job summary

The Fremont, CA facility is hiring an entry-level Associate I to support production and facility operations across Line Assembly and Box Assembly. The role performs routine tasks following SOPs to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Responsibilities include assembling components, keeping a clean work area, using basic hand tools, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with a team. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Basic safety practices required in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in line with SOPs and work instructions.
• Assemble products or components per production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; dispose waste properly.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Report safety concerns, defects, or issues to supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to schedules; maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties to support production and operations.
