Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to perform various production and assembly tasks on parts and materials in a dynamic plant environment.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 60 pounds, operating presses and hand tools, and maintaining safety and attendance standards. The role requires teamwork and consistent, reliable performance on a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu 6:00am–4:30pm, with possible minor variations).

Qualifications

• Must read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform duties.
• Prior factory experience is a plus.
• Prior experience working outdoors or with tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move materials and parts weighing up to 60 pounds as needed for production.
• Frequent physical lifting, bending, twisting and stooping, and repetitive hand motions including gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling and bending.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Perform production tasks requiring repetitive hand movements.
• Assemble parts using air guns, power drills and power screwdrivers.
• Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts.
• Clean parts and finished models to remove oils and residues.
• Perform other production duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Work in a team environment and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
