Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Knowledge and skills using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand production blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Physical strength to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Color vision to ensure proper wiring.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
• Forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate electrical panels, junction boxes, and solar power skids per drawings.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA rules.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Fabricate mechanical and pipe assemblies per shop drawings.
• Install batteries, solar panels, PLC components, and other electrical hardware.
• Measure, cut, strip, label, and terminate wires per specifications.
• Mount hardware and electrical components.
• Verify materials against BOM and maintain records.
• Package projects for shipment and maintain records.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces and adapt to changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
