Job summary

Bls Us is seeking an entry to mid-level assembler to perform basic electrical and mechanical assembly in a Colorado shop environment, following developed drawings and specifications.

The role entails fabricating control panels, enclosures, and solar skids, wiring, hardware installation, and assembly while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-site position in Fort Collins, with growth opportunities in fabrication and assembly processes.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Manual dexterity and use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read production blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Comfort reading and interpreting color-coded wiring.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Forklift operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all work safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA rules.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Fabrication of industrial control panels, junction boxes, and solar power skids from established drawings.
• Level I basic electrical wiring: Basic proficiency in reading and interpreting panel drawings.
• Maintain time tracking, inventory, and quality records.
• Package and prepare projects for shipment.
• Make changes as directed by Fab shop leads and managers.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
