Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is hiring a Production Team Member to set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstations. You will install components, move materials, monitor quality, and keep daily production records. This entry-level role is closely supervised and requires teamwork and safety focus.

Expect routine work with opportunities to learn and grow; overtime may be required, and good organizational skills help ensure accurate documentation and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand basic work instructions.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to follow written and spoken procedures accurately.
• Capable of filling out quality check sheets and related paperwork.
• Mechanical aptitude to adjust machinery for quality products.
