Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking an entry-level Assembler to complete refrigeration cases or sub-assemblies at our Colonial Heights, VA facility. You will read orders, identify parts, and use hand and power tools to build components with attention to quality.

Responsibilities include reading the work order, selecting parts, and assembling units at various stations. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Entry level assembly role requiring ability to read and follow a work order
• Ability to identify parts and their placement on the product
• Familiar with using measuring tools (rulers, tape measures) and basic hand/power tools
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
