Job summary

Hydrafacial in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Assembler I for its SkinHealth Systems production floor. You will assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools, follow MOPs, and ensure parts match specifications while keeping certifications current.

You will work on a fast-paced line, hit daily production goals, report defects to the Production Lead, maintain accurate records, and adhere to safety PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and diagrams in English.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Attention to detail and willingness to ask questions when clarity is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools – following manufacturing operating procedures (MOPs).
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following MOPs.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy before they move to the next step.
• Spot and report product rejects and non-conforming items to the Production Lead right away, so defective units don't move further down the line.
• Keep training certifications current for all relevant production lines and stations, including updated revisions.
• Record production activities accurately and on time so every device can be traced and meets quality standards.
• Keep a consistent work pace in line with standard work and takt time.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear your PPE – including safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection – throughout your shift.
• Join team improvement activities and training programs that help the floor work better.
• Work with your teammates to hit daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
