Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking an Assembly II to assemble products and sub-assemblies on the production floor. The role requires reading blueprints, following MOPs, and maintaining quality across multiple lines. You will train peers, ensure safety protocols, and contribute to timely production goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to ISO-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools per MOPs.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality per procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, routers, and schematics.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and completed assemblies for accuracy.
• Spot and report rejects and non-conforming items to leads.
• Clean devices and components using approved methods and PPE.
• Keep training certifications current across relevant lines.
• Train teammates on production lines.
• Record production activities accurately and report defects or deviations.
• Maintain pace with takt time and hit daily production goals.
• Speak up to cut waste and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
