Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Entry Level Assembler to work on Ladder Safety Gates at our premier manufacturing client site in Grand Forks, ND. The role focuses on building components, following work instructions, and ensuring safe, high-quality output.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with an $18 per hour pay rate and opportunities to gain manufacturing experience in a supportive team. Candidates will develop carpentry and mechanical skills in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping reports.
• Able to use measuring devices, hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product components using hand and power tools per instructions.
• Package finished products for shipment using appropriate materials.
• Complete orders on time according to shipping lists and instructions.
• Collaborate with co-workers to prepare materials and maintain workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
