Qualifications

• 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and assembly drawings.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Effective communication skills with team members and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and power tools in accordance with work instructions and SOPs.
• Integrate components into larger assemblies, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
• Follow detailed assembly drawings, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Perform basic in-process inspections to verify quality and identify defects.
• Support testing and basic troubleshooting of assemblies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Accurately complete production documentation and track work performed.
• Communicate issues, material shortages, or defects to Team Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support team-based problem solving.
• Rotate between workstations and tasks based on production needs.
