Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Durham, NC is seeking an Assembler I to perform entry-level assembly, building subassemblies and integrating mechanical and electrical components into finished products on first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Mon–Fri), with overtime flexibility.

You will use hand and power tools, follow SOPs and drawings, perform basic in-process inspections, and maintain 5S standards in a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, or reach as needed.
• Flexible to work overtime when required.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• No drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and power tools per work instructions and SOPs.
• Integrate components into larger assemblies, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
• Follow detailed assembly drawings, diagrams, and written instructions.

• Accurately complete production documentation and track work performed.
