Job summary

All Current Electrical Sales, Inc. (InPower division) is seeking a Entry-level assembler to operate and maintain stations assembling parts per specifications. You will use hand and power tools, read blueprints, and help ensure parts meet tolerances.

This role supports production, maintains a clean workspace, and adheres to safety policies. The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work around heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Able to safely use hand and power tools.
• Able to learn new processes on the job.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and work around heavy equipment.
• Able to work at heights with fall protection when needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and schematics.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to secure and assemble parts.
• Install finished assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications.
• Assemble and attach hardware to products.
• Prioritize work activities to support production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and HSE requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Plant Manager.
