Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an entry-level assembler/component handler in Troutman, NC. This role is designed for individuals with little to no experience who want to learn basic manufacturing skills on short-term contracts.

You will choose shifts that work for you and play a hands-on part in the assembly and packaging process. Responsibilities include basic assembly, material preparation, inspection, and packaging, with on-site training and supervision.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to follow basic instructions and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic, non-complex assembly of components under direct supervision (e.g., snapping, gluing, screwing, packaging).
• Count, sort, and organize materials and components to ensure parts are available at the workstation.
• Perform basic visual inspections to verify parts and completed assembly before packaging.
• Assist with final packaging steps including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished products.
• Adapt quickly to requirements of short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.
