Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an entry-level assembler/component handler in Troutman, NC. This role is designed for individuals with little to no experience who want to learn basic manufacturing skills on short-term contracts.

You will choose shifts that work for you and play a hands-on part in the assembly and packaging process. Responsibilities include basic assembly, material preparation, inspection, and packaging, with on-site training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with final packaging steps including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished products.
• Adapt quickly to requirements of short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.
