Job summary

The Great Lakes Division Office in Grand Rapids is expanding its team to assist with equipment preparation and customer support activities in the West Michigan area.

No prior experience is required as orientation and hands-on guidance are provided. You will work with a supportive team, handle light duties, assist with demonstrations, and help with paperwork and customer visits, with local travel as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs.
• Dependable and willing to learn new tasks.
• Orientation and training are provided for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light equipment assembly and preparation.
• Help prepare equipment for demonstrations.
• Support team members during customer visits.
• Answer basic product questions when needed.
• Assist with order paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
