Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking an Assembler I in Reno, NV. This entry-level role supports production by preparing components, assembling parts, and building pallets and crates for shipment. No prior experience required; attention to detail and safety are essential.

You will read basic blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work with a team on a 6:00am–3:30pm schedule. The position is contract to hire, with a background and drug screen required. Lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Entry-level assembler; no experience required.
• Must pass background and drug screening including THC.
• Ability to read blueprints or assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.
• Build wooden pallets and crates according to specifications.
• Measure, cut, grind, and assemble materials with precision and efficiency.
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet standards.
