Job summary

Cashco is hiring an Entry Level Assembler to join our production team in Kansas. The role focuses on efficient assembly of quality parts using hand tools, power tools, and machinery while maintaining a safe work environment.

You will troubleshoot issues, report defects, and help keep production on schedule. The job may involve training new employees and supporting a collaborative team to meet goals daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process.
• Must possess basic computer knowledge.
• Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles.
• Ability to communicate openly in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks daily.
