Bartlett Tree Experts in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Arborist Ground Person for an entry-level role. You will join a crew of arborists, receiving hands-on training in pruning, rigging, cabling, and tree removal on residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications
- On-the-job training to safely perform arboriculture tasks.
- Adhere to safety rules and company safety policies.
- Outdoor work year-round in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Degree in Arboriculture/Forestry/Horticulture or related field preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform pruning, rigging, cabling and bracing.
- Assist with removal of hazardous trees and equipment operation.
- Follow work zone safety procedures and assist climbers on ground and aloft.
- Assist with driving, backing, dumping and parking duties as needed.
- Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely.
