Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical proposals showing how products can meet customer needs and be integrated with existing systems.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and answer technical questions about the product, system, or service.
• Estimate costs, resources, time, and technical requirements for modifications, configurations, and installations.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to adjust products per customer needs.
• Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot issues during or after implementation.
• Train customers on product features and usage.
