Job summary

HUBER TECHNOLOGY LLC in Denver, NC is seeking an Application Engineer (AE), Level 1 to define product requirements from plans and specs and develop designs to meet customer needs. You will prepare budgetary and firm cost estimates and assemble proposals within HUBER’s SOP framework.

The AE will provide technical support to the RSD and GPM, perform hydraulic calculations, review quotes, and coordinate drawings with internal teams. Moderate travel to US/Canada may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• Experience in application engineering or inside sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office; Excel will be used.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents to extract customer requirements and cost considerations.
• Develop HUBER scope of supply and pricing for review before sending to RSD.
• Coordinate design activities with HUBER teams and manage documentation.
• Assist in pricing, proposals, and CRM data entry for bids.
• Travel infrequent US/Canada; some international trips may occur.
