Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests promptly, aiming to resolve within 24 hours.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and painting.
• Assist with seasonal property needs and on-call rotations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
