G1 Facility Services is hiring an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician at Boston Logan International Airport. No prior facility maintenance experience is required; training will be provided.

This full-time role covers basic upkeep to keep the airport facility running smoothly, with supervision from senior technicians and opportunities to grow into higher-paying trades as you gain experience. The position operates 24/7 with day, evening, night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of general maintenance, custodial, or related experience; no prior facility maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Change air filters and basic HVAC upkeep.
• Replace light bulbs and basic lighting fixtures.
• Paint and patch drywall as needed.
• Clear minor floor drains.
• Escort unbadged vendors for airport security.
