Bell Textron Inc. in Piney Flats, TN is seeking an Entry Level Aircraft Painter to support the Piney Flats Aircraft Paint team. You will refine helicopters and parts under supervision, gaining hands-on spray experience and learning best practices in a manufacturing setting.

This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and reliability as you work with the Paint team to prep surfaces, mix coatings, and apply primers or topcoats while advancing your skills on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related painting/coating/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to learn spray equipment setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic surface preparation under supervision, including cleaning, masking, and minor fill/feathering.
• Assist with setup, mixing, and basic maintenance of spray equipment and apply primer or topcoat to simple parts.
• Follow PPE and safety requirements for respirators, gloves, and ventilation; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Inspect work for defects and complete required documentation with supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
