Bell Textron Inc. is seeking a Painter Aircraft & Maintenance A for the Second Shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on applying dope, lacquer, paint, and finishing materials to aircraft, equipment, and facilities, with rigorous surface preparation and color matching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience as an Aircraft Painter.
• ITAR compliance required; U.S. person per ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by removing foreign substances and old paint.
• Mask surfaces for painting.
• Apply primers, fillers and intermediate coats.
• Match colors for spot or repair jobs.
• Prepare and mix paints as needed.
• Polish final coat with wax.
• Perform rework as required.
• Apply lettering with stencils.
