Western Alliance Bank seeks an Engineer I in Dallas, TX to support AI and automation projects within EAS. You will work under guidance to design, develop, test, and support AI agents and automation workflows with Microsoft Foundry, Agent 365, and Power Platform.

You'll collaborate with senior engineers, participate in incident response, and contribute to documentation and DR exercises while building fundamentals in enterprise engineering practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Experience with programming languages (Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript) is required.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies (AI models, MCP servers, RAG) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design, development, testing, and support of AI agents and automation workflows.
• Develop, deploy, and support AI agents across Microsoft AI and cloud platforms.
• Partner with senior engineers to ensure solutions align with standards and enterprise patterns.
• Participate in on-call rotations and disaster recovery testing.
