Job summary

Bell is seeking an Entry Level Integration & Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, applying technical skills to real aircraft and manufacturing environments. You will work with experienced engineers, manufacturing and quality teams to integrate new products into aircraft and continuously improve build processes.

You will design and update procedures, support integration of mechanical, electrical/avionics and software-enabled systems, and assist in testing and documentation to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Foundational knowledge of aircraft systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and update procedures and detailed drawings for STC kits and configurations.
• Support integration of mechanical, electrical/avionics, and software-enabled systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality to ensure producibility and documentation.
• Assist with bench/system testing, data collection and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documentation for certification and STC approvals.
• Review drawings/specs/test data and implement approved changes via ECRs.
• Other duties as assigned.
