Responsibilities

• Create and improve process plans for new and existing products.
• Conduct time studies to establish or verify standards.
• Design and develop tooling to support assembly and testing.
• Create and improve inspection documentation for production processes.
• Apply problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why’s, DMAIC) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product launches and daily process checks.
