Churchill Downs Inc. is seeking an Advertising and Promotions Coordinator for Terre Haute Casino Resort. This entry-level role executes on and off-property promotions, manages social media with the marketing agency, and ensures signage and advertising needs are met across the property.

You will support casino hosts with comps and guest services while promoting all amenities to guests in a fast-paced environment. This position offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Executes on and off-property promotions and events as directed by marketing leadership.
• Manages the execution of the social media strategy with the marketing agency.
• Coordinates on-property signage needs with the marketing agency and other departments.
• Assists the Casino Hosts with comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
• Issues complimentary items in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
