Churchill Downs Incorporated in Terre Haute, IN is seeking an Advertising and Promotions Coordinator. This entry-level role supports on- and off-property promotions and events under marketing leadership, and helps execute the social media strategy and signage needs with our marketing agency.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to promote amenities, assist Casino Hosts with guest service and comps, and help deliver engaging campaigns on a fast-paced casino floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Executes on and off-property promotions and events under marketing leadership.
• Executes the social media strategy and coordinates with the marketing agency for on-property signage needs.
• Updates and maintains website content and provides information about events to guests.
• Collaborates with other departments to market property amenities to guests.
• Assists Casino Hosts with guest services, comps, and player accounts as needed.
• Supports implementation of advertising needs that involve property participation.
