Job Description

We are seeking an administrative support representative to help us with mailroom support and other administrative tasks.

Position is an on-site role in our Warminster, PA location witht he hours of 9am - 5pm. This position pays $15.00hr.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and/or picks-up mail from the local post office with the use of your own vehicle
• Sorting, labeling, and inserting outgoing mail packets.
• Handles seperation and distribution of the mail.
• Scanning documents.
• Filing and basic computer work.
• May provide receptionist coverage

Required Skills

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must understand time management in a production based role

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimuma high school diploma or equivalent.
