Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Access and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in actuarial reserve analyses for commercial lines (Workers' Comp, General Liability, Commercial Auto).
• Collect, validate, and analyze data used in reserve studies and projects.
• Support testing and enhancement of reserving models and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Claims, and Underwriting to identify trends and insights.
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Develop and improve data management and reporting tools using Excel, Access, SQL.
