Job summary
AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst (Reserving Data & Process Modernization) to lead initiatives that automate actuarial reserving data pipelines, loss development models, and financial reporting processes. The role requires deep reserving knowledge and strong programming skills to transform legacy workflows into scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- Near-ACAS/ACAS or equivalent reserving credentialing.
- 4+ years of actuarial experience in reserving or valuation.
- Advanced programming in Python or R and SQL; cloud BI tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Automate reserving workflows and migrate manual processes to scalable, automated pipelines.
- Modernize reserving data pipelines in collaboration with Finance Transformation.
- Improve valuation efficiency and reduce close cycle times.
- Serve as technical liaison between actuarial and finance teams.
- Present complex data architecture and automation results to executives.
- Ensure governance, SOX controls, and reporting compliance.
