Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Completion of at least one SOA exam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of IBNR reserves for monthly close.
• Support monthly financial reconciliation for Value-Based Providers.
• Contribute to development and submission of Medicare Advantage bids.
• Assist with quarterly forecasting and trend analysis.
• Perform financial analysis and build actuarial models.
• Develop actionable insights based on data analysis.
