OnSite Care, Inc. in Salt Lake City is looking for an Entry Level Accountant to support the Senior Accounting & Finance Manager. In this position, you will prepare billings, process payroll, and ensure the accuracy of financial documents.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's Degree and have advanced knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. Additional benefits include paid time off, medical, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of business math to solve problems.
• Experience with A/R and A/P.
• Ability to enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process billings and disbursements.
• Perform payroll processing.
• Review and reconcile discrepancies in documents.
• Enter data and correct previously entered data.
