Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance is typical for this entry-level role.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP and accounting regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and financial reporting.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
