Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain and update general ledger accounts by posting journal entries and reconciling account balances.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare basic financial reports and supporting schedules.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
Assist with audit preparation by gathering requested documentation.
Process payroll data and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
Support senior accountants with special projects and analysis.
Required Skills/Abilities
