Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn risk evaluation basics for new and renewal business.
• Enter data into pricing models and perform initial exposure assessments.
• Support underwriter and broker with responsive service from clearance to policy issuance.
• Coordinate service requests and manage workflow across systems.
• Assist with submissions, flag referral triggers, and coordinate rating processes.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, proposals, and coverage documents used by underwriters.
• Provide customer service to brokers and agents on policy transactions and billing.
• Assist post-sale workflows including billing, issuances, and documentation.
