Responsibilities

• This is an entry level position within the Account Analyst family focused on basic risk evaluation for new and renewal business.
• Gathers, organizes and enters information into pricing models; analyzes exposure, loss and coverage for the underwriter.
• Supports underwriter and agent/broker with responsive service by managing workflow from clearance to policy issuance.
• Coordinates service requests in a timely manner.
• Deconstructs submissions by identifying, gathering, and entering information into systems and pricing tools.
• Gathers and analyzes pricing, proposal information, and forms used by the underwriter.
• Provides customer service to brokers and agents for policy transactions and billing.
• Executes post-sale account management workflow including billing, issuance and documentation.
• Initiates pre-renewal communications when necessary.
