Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through face-to-face sales and customer engagement
• Represent telecommunications products and services professionally
• Educate prospective customers on available services, promotions, and solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
• Develop relationships with prospective and new customers
• Support customer retention and overall account satisfaction
• Track customer acquisition and account performance
• Meet individual and team sales objectives
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
• Collaborate with leadership on territory and market expansion
• Learn campaign operations from customer acquisition through account development
• Train and mentor new team members
• Manage customer acquisition goals for an assigned territory
• Assist with campaign performance and reporting
• Develop and coach sales representatives
• Support new territory launches
• Participate in recruiting and team development
• Take responsibility for larger portions of Arizona market operations
