Responsibilities

• Attend all in-office meetings and training sessions provided by our leadership team.
• Assume leadership roles in assigned events or teams with proper training.
• Oversee events and build relationships with retail and local managers while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop skills in coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales campaigns.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed.
