Subnel, Inc. is seeking a motivated Retail Team Leader to drive performance in our retail promotions and sales team. The role blends leadership, hands-on sales execution, and customer engagement inside stores and event environments.

You will coach and mentor representatives, monitor performance, and ensure brand representation while helping the team meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Base salary plus commission and bonuses offered.

Job Description
