MetLife Regional Market Account Executive in Houston will sell Group Benefits to brokers for companies ranging from 2 to 5,000 employees and manage a growing book of business. As a MetLife Regional Market Account Executive you will be responsible for the sales and maintain a book of business for customers with 2 to 5,000 employees. You will have the opportunity to distribute MetLife’s Group Benefits portfolio which includes life, dental, disability, vision, group legal, accident & health, whole life and more. The MetLife Regional Market Account Executive is responsible for the top and bottom-line performance of their books of business.
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation under the sales plan for the position. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
