Veolia is seeking an entry-level Account Associate in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to support Account Managers and learn the fundamentals of chemical water and process treatment solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience in technical analysis, data collection, and customer service while developing expertise in water treatment technologies. This role offers opportunities for growth toward Account Representative level and requires a drive to learn in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science, or engineering.
• Recent graduates welcome (0–2 years).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Account Managers to learn chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Collect and analyze samples, evaluate treatment data, and assist in preparing technical reports.
• Complete technical training programs to build foundational knowledge in chemical applications and water treatment processes.
• Assist with customer visits and service calls to gain exposure to industrial environments.
